What formats can User Guardian process?
Pasted text (Discord messages, WeChat screenshots OCR'd), Tencent Meeting transcripts (link or paste), and Feishu Miaoji links. It reads what you give it.
How does it decide P0 vs P3?
P0 = blocks core user flow. P1 = serious UX degradation. P2 = meaningful improvement. P3 = nice-to-have or deferred feature. You can override any label with a one-word reply.
Where do interview docs go?
Auto-uploaded to GitHub (sheet0/gtm/Launch/user interview/) with sequential numbering. A copy is posted to your 种子用户支持 group and a summary is DM'd to you.
Does it create engineering tasks automatically?
Yes — any bug or dev-scope issue extracted from feedback, interviews, or meeting minutes gets a Helio task created and assigned to the right teammate. You can disable this per session.
