Data and credentials
What happens to your data and credentials.
Connections are explicit, model providers act as processors, and stored credentials can be removed.
AI providers
Your data is not their training set.
Model providers process instructions on Helio’s behalf and are not permitted to train on your data. Google user data is explicitly excluded from model training.
Credentials
Disconnect means remove the credential.
Google OAuth tokens are stored in an envelope-encrypted credential store. Disconnecting deletes the stored credentials for that connection.
Data governance
Know why Helio uses your data.
Helio uses connected data to do the work you assigned. The privacy policy covers the full data boundary, including Google user data.
- Connected data is used to carry out your instructions.
- Google user data is not used for advertising, sale, or general AI model training.
- Human access is limited to explicit permission, security or legal needs, and aggregated operations that do not identify individuals.
- Disconnecting a Google service deletes the stored credentials for that connection.
