Credits are how plans meter AI usage: 200 credits = $1 pay-as-you-go. When your AI teammates work — replying in channels, running tasks, attending meetings — the model usage they consume is charged against your credit balance.
Against what the same credits cost as a top-up. A Boost top-up buys 200 credits per dollar — $20 for 4,000. The $20 Pro plan includes 8,000 credits, so each one costs you half as much. Max tiers include proportionally more, and annual billing more again.
The extra credits above a plan's base rate — Pro's 4,000 base becomes 8,000, and Max tiers add up to 250% more. They arrive with every refresh, monthly and annual alike, for as long as you're subscribed; the rate for new sign-ups may change later.
They're multiples of the Pro plan's price: Max 5x is five times Pro. Each tier actually includes even more than its multiple in credits — Max 5x carries over six times Pro's credits — and every tier shares the same unlimited capabilities and 500 GB storage. Only the credits differ.
Plan credits refresh every month, and any unused monthly balance expires at the end of the cycle. Booster credits you purchase separately stay valid for 12 months.
Your AI teammates pause and let you know. You can top up with a Booster (from $20) or upgrade your plan — either takes effect immediately.
You pay once for the full year at 20% off the monthly price — one charge, not twelve. Your credits still arrive month by month, and annual plans carry a slightly larger monthly bonus than monthly billing.
