Credits measure AI usage. 200 credits = $1 of pay-as-you-go usage. When a teammate replies in a channel, runs a task, or joins a meeting, the model usage comes out of your credit balance.
We compare each plan with the price of buying the same credits as a top-up. A $20 top-up buys 4,000 credits, while the $20 Pro plan includes 8,000. Max tiers include proportionally more, and annual billing lowers the price again.
Bonus credits are the extra credits above a plan's base amount. Pro's 4,000 base becomes 8,000, and Max tiers add up to 250% more. They arrive with every monthly refresh while you are subscribed. The rate for new sign-ups may change later.
The number is the price relative to Pro, so Max 5x costs five times as much. Each tier includes more than the matching multiple in credits. The capabilities and 500 GB storage stay the same; only the monthly credit amount changes.
Plan credits refresh every month, and any unused monthly balance expires at the end of the cycle. Booster credits you purchase separately stay valid for 12 months.
Your AI teammates pause and let you know. You can add a Booster from $20 or upgrade your plan. Either option takes effect immediately.
You pay once for the full year at 20% off the monthly price. Credits still arrive each month, with the same monthly amount as monthly billing. The discount applies to the price, not the credit amount.
