Questions

What email providers does Helio connect to?
Currently Gmail. Outlook and other providers are on the roadmap.
Does the AI send emails on my behalf without asking?
No. By default, Helio drafts replies for your review. You can enable auto-send for specific categories (e.g. scheduling confirmations) after setting the rules.
How does it know which emails are urgent?
It reads sender history, thread context, keywords, and whether you’ve replied to this person before. You can also set explicit rules ('anything from @investors.vc is always high priority').
What if it misses something important?
Nothing is auto-deleted. Every email is classified and stored. You can review the archive at any time, and the daily briefing always surfaces anything that was borderline.
Can it learn my writing style?
Yes. It reads your sent folder to match your tone, vocabulary, and typical reply length. The more it sees, the closer the drafts get.
Is my email data private?
Helio does not store email content after processing. Drafts and classifications are kept in your workspace only. No email content is used for model training.
