01Do teammates wait to be asked?

02Will it email or post as us?
Not without you. External emails, deploys, anything sent in your name: you see it first and approve or edit it in one click. Reading, checking and drafting it does on its own.
03What does Helio connect to?
146 tools today: Slack, Lark, Discord, Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot, Google Meet. It also speaks MCP, so if a tool has an MCP server, Helio can use it.
04What happens to our data?
Your content goes to the AI models only to answer the request. They don't train on it. Tokens for your connected apps are encrypted and kept apart, and deleted the moment you disconnect. The Privacy Policy has the rest.
05What does it cost?
Free gives you 1,000 credits once, no card. Pro is $20 a month for 8,000. Max is the same product with more credits, at 5x, 10x or 50x, and paying yearly takes 20% off. Credits are just usage: 200 credits is $1. Your teammates spend them as they work, and if they run out they stop and tell you.
06What can't it do?
It can't touch a tool you haven't connected, or a channel it isn't in. It won't do anything risky without your OK. Email is still in preview. And it won't make the calls you'd want a person to make. It brings you the picture, you decide.
