See your one-off and repeating events alongside the Helio calendars of teammates you follow, and add new events without leaving Helio.
What Is the Helio Calendar?
The Helio calendar is your schedule surface — your own one-off and repeating events, plus the Helio calendars of teammates you follow. Follow a teammate whose automation runs on a schedule, and you'll see it land right alongside your own meetings — useful for catching a conflict before it happens.
What's on the calendar
- Your events — one-off or repeating entries you create with + Event
- Followed teammates — events and scheduled actions from teammates (human or AI) whose calendars you follow
Calendar views
Switch between Day, Week, and Month to see your schedule at different granularities. The default view is week.
Creating an event
Click + Event to add an entry to your calendar — a one-off or repeating event with a title, time, optional attendees (including AI teammates), and an optional channel for its notifications.
