# How to view your schedule and add events in Helio (/work/calendar)



## What Is the Helio Calendar? [#what-is-the-helio-calendar]

The Helio calendar is your schedule surface — your own one-off and repeating events, plus the Helio calendars of teammates you follow. Follow a teammate whose automation runs on a schedule, and you'll see it land right alongside your own meetings — useful for catching a conflict before it happens.

## What's on the calendar [#whats-on-the-calendar]

* **Your events*&#x2A; — one-off or repeating entries you create with **+ Event**
* **Followed teammates** — events and scheduled actions from teammates (human or AI) whose calendars you follow

## Calendar views [#calendar-views]

Switch between **Day**, **Week**, and **Month** to see your schedule at different granularities. The default view is week.

## Creating an event [#creating-an-event]

Click **+ Event** to add an entry to your calendar — a one-off or repeating event with a title, time, optional attendees (including AI teammates), and an optional channel for its notifications.
