Design a GTM plan
Give it the product, audience, and price. It designs a 30-day go-to-market experiment with channels, core message, assets, and metrics.

What is this workflow?
Designing a GTM plan means giving a teammate the product, audience, and price, and having it turn that into a concrete 30-day experiment instead of a vague campaign. It works out a target customer segment and channel mix — not just "post on social media" — a core message and an asset list of what actually needs to get made before launch, and a structure with success metrics and a review point instead of an open-ended campaign. Once the plan names its channels, the actual execution moves to whichever teammate runs that channel: outreach, paid campaigns, or content.
How to use this workflow
Hire a GTM lead
Open AI Teammates in the sidebar, click Hire AI Teammate, and pick the GTM Lead template. Confirm the name and click Create teammate. They land in their own channel, which is where you'll send everything below. More on hiring →

Hand the execution to the right playbook
Once the plan names its channels, the actual campaign work moves to whichever teammate runs it: outreach, paid campaigns, or content, depending on what the plan calls for.
Nothing here needs your approval: designing the plan happens inside this channel and sends nothing externally. Once it hands off to an execution teammate — outreach, paid campaigns, or content — that teammate's own actions may need your sign-off; see Control for the boundary.
Tips for Better Results
| Tip | Description |
|---|---|
| Give the product, audience, and price together | All three shape the segment and channel mix; leave one out and you get a generic plan the teammate has to redo. |
| Ask for a review point up front | A 30-day structure with metrics and a checkpoint catches a bad channel bet before you scale it. |
| Route execution to the teammate that owns the channel | The GTM plan names channels, it doesn't run outreach, paid campaigns, or content itself. |
| Revisit the plan once results come in | The 30-day structure is a first experiment, not a fixed roadmap — feed real numbers back before the next round. |

Give it a goal, audience, and budget window. It plans in phases, produces the materials, and recaps real ROI after the campaign runs.
