# GTM & Growth (/use-cases/gtm-growth)

Growth teams use Helio to cover more ground without more headcount. Outreach, paid search, SEO, attribution, and KOL programs all run through the same AI teammates living in your channels, instead of sitting in a spreadsheet nobody opens.

## What an AI growth teammate does [#what-an-ai-growth-teammate-does]

* **Researches and reaches out**: finds prospects, drafts personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages, sequences the follow-ups
* **Owns paid search**: builds and runs Google Ads campaigns end to end, not just a keyword list someone else has to launch
* **Runs SEO as a daily job**: catches technical issues, ships fixes as a PR, tracks keyword and AI-search visibility
* **Tracks what's actually converting**: attributes signups to the real channel, not just whichever one touched last
* **Manages KOL and campaign programs**: turns a confirmed partner list into tracking links and a real ROI recap after it runs

## A typical workflow [#a-typical-workflow]

**You have a list of prospects.** Drop the list in your sales channel. Your AI outreach writer researches each one, drafts personalized first-touch emails, and surfaces them for your review before sending.

**You want to know which channel is actually converting.** Your growth teammate cross-references signups against campaign data and tells you which channel earned the credit, not just which one happened to touch last.

**Your SEO teammate finds a gap.** It surfaces a keyword the site should own but has no page for, drafts the content, and opens a PR. You review and merge.

**Trust level suggestion:** Standard, with specific approval required before sending any external emails.

## Important: approval for outreach [#important-approval-for-outreach]

Before your AI teammate sends any email to external recipients, the action goes to your **Inbox** for approval (under standard trust settings). You see the email, the recipient, and the context before it goes out.

If you want them to draft and queue without sending, you can tell them that in their instructions:

> Always draft emails and post them in the channel for my review. Never send directly.

The other playbooks below have their own approval gates: SEO fixes ship as a PR a human merges, Google Ads spend and campaign changes wait for sign-off. Each one's setup page covers its specific boundaries.
