How do I manage my plan and billing in Helio?

What Is Billing?

Workspace Settings → Billing manages your plan: your current subscription, plan changes, and your plan's usage discount. Buying credits and redeeming a code live under Settings → Usage — see below.

Plan and usage discount

Where a usage discount applies to your plan — a percentage off usage-based charges — it isn't shown as a badge on this page: you'll see it in the before/after amounts on Settings → Usage and in the confirmation dialog when migrating plans or switching billing cycle. If your workspace is still on a legacy plan, this page shows a banner ("You're on a legacy plan. Switch to a current plan to get usage discounts.") whose Choose a plan action opens the plan picker.

Change your plan

Click Upgrade plan (or Change plan) to open the plan picker — the same plan cards as helio.im/pricing, with a Monthly/Annual toggle. Upgrades check out through Stripe; downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period. The full side-by-side plan comparison lives on helio.im/pricing.

Buy credits and redeem a code — now under Usage

One-time credit packs and code redemption moved to Settings → Usage. Click Buy credits there to open the dialog:

• Credit packs top up your workspace balance immediately, with or without a plan, at a fixed price per pack.
• Have a redeem code? Enter your code and click Redeem in the same dialog to add credits to your workspace balance.
• A redeem code is credits only — it tops up your balance, it does not change or upgrade your plan.
• Redeeming is restricted to workspace admins.
• A code may be limited to a maximum number of total uses, once per user, or once per workspace, and codes themselves expire — an invalid or already-used code shows a generic "Invalid redeem code" error without specifying which limit it hit.
