Connect X
Connect an X (Twitter) account so an AI teammate can read, post, and manage DMs on it — only one X account can be connected workspace-wide at a time.
What is X access?
This connects an X account for a teammate to act on. With X connected, a teammate can:
- Read tweets and user profiles
- Post and moderate tweets
- Upload media
- Read and send direct messages
How to Connect X
Open the teammate's Tools section and click Connect on X. Sign in with the X account in the browser window and approve the requested access.
X only allows one connected account across the whole workspace at a time. Connecting a new X account replaces whatever account was previously connected — any teammate using the old connection loses access, and it needs to be reconnected before use.
