Connecting Google Docs gives a teammate access to a single Google account's documents. With Google Docs connected, a teammate can:

* Read the content of Google Docs documents
* Create new documents and edit existing ones

## How to Connect Google Docs [#how-to-connect-google-docs]

Open the teammate's **Tools** section and click **Connect** on **Google Docs**. Sign in with the Google account you want to connect and approve the requested access.
