## What is Google Calendar access? [#what-is-google-calendar-access]

Connecting Google Calendar gives a teammate access to a single Google account's calendars. With Google Calendar connected, a teammate can:

* See the list of calendars on the account
* Read, create, edit, and delete events
* Check free/busy time across calendars before scheduling

## How to Connect Google Calendar [#how-to-connect-google-calendar]

Open the teammate's **Tools** section and click **Connect** on **Google Calendar**. Sign in with the Google account you want to connect and approve the requested access.
